All our natural wood products must be stained or painted within a month of delivery, prior to the installation.
Factory finish is recommended and available upon request. By having Belisle apply the finish to your doors and windows in our state-of-the-art and humidity controlled paint shop, relieves you from the responsibility and burden of finishing on-site. Every single piece and wood surface is carefully finished prior to final assembly.
A factory-applied finish provides maximum protection applied under the best environmental conditions. Factory finishes have the additional advantage of providing coverage in non-exposed surfaces without the danger of over-spray that can compromise weatherstripping or hardware, and eliminates the potential problem of binding on sliding products such as double hung windows
